That’s when I decided to do something about it and work on becoming who I wanted to be. My college years are when I first got into fitness and started seeing a significant body transformation from the moment I changed my nutrition and training. As a consequence of that change, I started receiving compliments, I got way more comfortable talking to girls, and developed the kind of confidence I never had before. It completely changed my life!
